The Supreme Court has pulled up the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate for its delay in the 2G probe and the Aircel-Maxis case. The apex court has granted six months to the agencies to complete the probe in the two cases. The court is asking if there are 'invisible hands' delaying the conclusion of the cases.
