Tensions are growing between DRC and Rwanda as M23 rebels gain ground in the eastern DRC.
Tensions escalated last month after the group launched a new offensive in North Kivu province, a move that prompted Congolese authorities to expel the Rwandan ambassador. Kinshasa also accused neighbouring Rwanda of supporting M23, an accusation authorities in Kigali have officially denied.
