Today I will show you how to make sweet ball gemat with molasses. This is a popular Arabic recipe, very popular Arabic desert during Ramadan celebration. This is an easy to make recipe if you like arabic food you will love this sweet ball gemat. Hope you enjoy watching!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 glass of white flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 glass of Laban
3 Tbsp milk powder
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
little bit saffron
3/4 glass warm water and add 1Tbsp of dry yeast then Mix well
3 Tbsp cooking oil
after you put all the ingredients mix well
Then keep for one hour

For: Syrup

2 in 1/2 glass sugar
1in 1/2 water
2 Tbsp rosé water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
little bit of saffron

then I prefer 2 bowls the one bowl I put in the top molasses in the other one for Syrup ❤️❤️❤️
