Here’s your full body dance cardio routine to my favorite Doja Cat and Lizzo songs! Its an amazing way to get your sweat on and boost your mood; I can almost guarantee it!
Today I didn’t have my watch on because I wanted us to focus on feeling amazing in our skin rather than on calories and steps. Sometimes you just need that boost to remind you why you move your body daily.
