Welcome to ExpressIRSForms. It’s your W-2 filing made easy.
When it’s time to file your W-2 forms with the IRS each year, depending on what state you’re in, you may also need to be filing with your state Department of Revenue.
If you withheld state taxes from your employees’ annual earnings, you’ll need to file your W-2s with your state, unless you’re in one of the 13 states that doesn’t require state filing: Alaska, California, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
ExpressIRSForms supports e-filing for 34 of the 37 remaining states that require W-2 filing (including Washington, D.C.), and we’re in the process of adding 2 more.
Some states require a reconciliation form to be filed along with your W-2. Since reconciliation forms and other requirements vary from state to state, it’s best to check with your state Department of Revenue if you’re unsure what forms you need to file.
For more general information on state W-2 e-filing, you can visit www.ExpressIRSForms.com. And for any e-filing questions you may have, contact our support team in Rock Hill, SC at support@expressirsforms.com or by phone at 704-839-2270.
