We’ve just ECU Remapped this 2019 GSXS1000 and got an extra 15 BHP from when it left the factory. Ooooosh 🔥 The bike came to us with 148.2 BHP at the rear wheel and the fuelling was very poor, way too lean in some places and not too bad in others, but overall running badly with a very snatchy throttle that felt like an on/off switch. Several hours later and we’ve used our state of the art dyno as well as 15 years tuning knowledge, and got the bike running super smooth with a power delivery like silk, and a rear wheel figure of 163.3 BHP. It feels like a completely different bike, so much better. It’s a shame that these stunning new bikes come out of the factory running so badly, but Euro 4 emissions regulations are the reason. We transform hundreds of bikes for people every year, so as long as the EU emissions regulations continue to prevent manufacturers from selling bikes that run perfectly from the store, it keeps us busy.
