Bruges is a unique town located in Belgium, Brussels. This town has preserved its former look in such an amazing way. The townscaped is dominated by 15th to 18th century buildings and houses. These are reminiscent of the unsurpassed flowering during the middle ages.

Bruges or Brügge is known as the Venice of the North due to the presence of canals like that of Venice in Italy. These canals are connected to the sea. A sea connection has alwaya been of vital importance to Bruges.
