😍 Canoeing under a castle? Yes, please!

Loved this experience in the Loire Valley France.

Château de Chenonceau was my favorite of the French châteaus we visited.

It spans the River Cher and is known as ‘the ladies chateau’ as it was the women of the castle that most influenced its design and destiny.

It definitely has the feminine touch and energy.

You can paddle under it and tour the inside of the castle and explore the beautiful gardens.
