Lasagne is a hearty family favourite, but in this video I've taken a different angle and made a meat and dairy free version that's lower in fat, but still packs plenty of flavour. I'm using green lentils instead of mince and soya milk instead of normal milk, but keeping in all the classic Italian flavours of a Bolognese style sauce that's rich and full of taste and texture. I'll also show you a handy vegan recipe for a creamy, thick white sauce that can be used for all kinds of other dishes too.
