In order to fasten all the screws in this assembly twice as fast we added twice the amount of screwdrivers. This unique work cell is based on our MotionCell platform and allows for an operator to constantly load and unload from 2 work zones within one cell. A laser sentinel divides the front opening ensuring operator safety, while 4 screw presenters provide the 2 screw varieties needed to mount all the fans to their housing. The animations and text on the HMI provide the worker with all the information they need to keep things flowing smoothly.
