Doston abhi recently ek tweet viral ho gaya jisme ek insaan ne Zomato dwara mangaye gaye food ka bill compare kiya with the original bill from restaurant, jisme pata chala ki even after discounts, Zomato ka food bill original bill se around 180 rupees zyaada tha.
Jab netizens ne ispe react kiya toh Zomato ke ek spokesperson ne ye statement diya ki Zomato mein jo bhi food prices set hote hai, uske decision Zomato ka nahi balki uss restaurant ka hi hai, isliye agar itne high price ke liye kisiko blame karna hai toh Zomato ko nahi balki uss restaurant ko kijiye.
But ek minute, apne aap ko defend karne ke chakkar mein Zomato waale shaayad ye batana bhul gaye ki Zomato, restaurant owner se bill amount ka 18-25% tak charge karte hai, jisse restaurant ki profit margins kam ho jaati, forcing them to increase their prices. Uske upar se ham customers ko 5% gst aur uske upar 40-50 rupees ka delivery charge bhi dena padta, jiske wajah se 200 rupaye ka dish ab hame 300 rupaye mein padta hai. Dekho mein ye nahi keh raha ki Zomato sahih ai ya galat, unko bhi business chalana hai, but restaurant owners pe saara blame daal ke apne haath khade kar lena, ye kaha ki imaandari hai.
