JC's super awesome tuna dip which is a quick and easy snack in hunting camp!
1. Mix in marinade overnight.
2. Cover in cayenne pepper seasoning.
3. Put in 225 degree smoker for about 20 minutes.
4. Remove and break up tuna with fork and place in mixer.
5. Add mayonnaise and red onions while mixing into a paste.
Marinade
1/2 cup soy
1/2 cup Worcester
Tsp ground ginger
Honey
Zest of lime 1Tbsp
Lime juice
Dip on crackers and ENJOY!!
