The CC Pocket from C.Crane is an AM FM Weather Alert portable radio with some awesome features. This radio was made for distant station hunting via it's "DX Tools". These tools help the tuner with bandwidth control, 1kHz Tuning and the ability to turn off the display to reduce RFI. It works! During this Evening Medium Wave band scan the conditions were some of the toughest I have encountered. Perfect for showing the versatility of this radio in action.

Overall, this radio does a fine job even when conditions are poor. The radio has a premium price tag, but it offers excitement for the ones who are serious about the AM band and portability :)
