3g finely ground, instant coffee
2 tbsp hot water
sugar, to taste
1 cup hot milk, preferred type
Raf Coffee I had while holidaying in Kiev, Ukraine and absolutely fell in LOVE with! From the mid-90s in Russia, man named Rafael asked for a "good cup of coffee with milk", prompting his barista to blend it all together like so - and the Raf Coffee was born!
