“This no-confidence motion has not been brought by Indian National Congress alone. It is the collective motion of the entire INDIA alliance and its constituent parties. The situation prevailing in Manipur for the last 83-84 days has led to the breakdown of law and order, and division among the community. There is no such thing as government there. These facts have forced us to bring the no-confidence motion.
