Lawyer and Ronda Vice Mayor Jonah John Ungab was shot by two unidentified persons around noon Monday, February 19, on North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. He was declared dead at 2 p.m. inside a private hospital in Mandaue City, The lawyer came from the hearing of his client, Espinosa, for the cases of the violation of the Omnibus Election Code (Gun Ban) and illegal possession of firearms filed in 2010.
