What is the procedure of doing the right meditation?
Step 1- Clasp your hands and all fingers should go into all fingers
Step 2- Cross your feet
Step 3 - Close your eyes
Step 4 - Observe your normal and natural breath
Note – Any comfortable sitting posture can be taken… The posture should be as comfortable as possible…It is not at all necessary that we should squat on the ground… You can perfectly prefer a comfortable sofa…
