Ingredients
Whole wheat roti: 2
Diced paneer: 100 grams
Dried oregano powder: 1 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves
Chopped spring onions: 3 tablespoons
Sliced onion: 2 tablespoons
Julienned carrot: 2 tablespoons
Julienned red bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
Julienned yellow bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise: 2 teaspoons each
Black pepper powder: A pinch
Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute it for a few minutes
Now add onions, carrot, bell peppers and season with powdered spices. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mixture.
Next, add paneer and spring onions. Mix it properly
Take a whole wheat roti, place the paneer and bell pepper mixture at the centre. Top with mayonnaise and garnish with spring onions. Then wrap it up
