Sanjeev Aggarwal is the co-founder of two venture capital firms – Fundamentum and Helion Ventures. He co-founded Fundamentum in 2017 with Nandan Nilekani. Fundamentum is a ‘scale-up’ platform, to help build enduring technology companies. He also co-founded Helion Ventures in 2006. Helion invests in early-stage technology companies. Prior to Helion, Sanjeev was the founder and CEO of Daksh, a pioneer in the BPO sector. He ran the company till 2006 with over 20,000 employees. Daksh was acquired by IBM in 2004.

Sanjeev was chosen as the Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2002. He is currently on the boards of Azure Power, Axtria, BigBasket, and Livspace. He has also been on the boards of MakeMyTrip (Nasdaq) and Amba Research (Moody’s). Sanjeev holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Punjab Engineering College.
