As part of the Fall 2020 Global China Research Colloquium, Victoria Chonn Ching presented on China's role in Latin America's investment diversification. Chonn Ching is a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations and Political Science at the University of Southern California and a Predoctoral Fellow at the Global Development Policy Center at Boston University.
