Today I'm doing a very light restoration on a Toshiba Libretto 100CT.
I've had this machine for a few years but had yet to get an OS and Drive installed into it.
Recovery Media found here, You do need a Floppy to boot off and CD ROM drivers install. To run a BATCH file from the CDROM.
