I still think this is a great tool with great customer support. I recently broke off the clip on one of my transmitters. They sent me free of charge 2 replacement clips. It was not because I was a YouTube creator as I did not mention that. Evidently, they will do that for any customer. However, in the video there is something you need to be made aware of if you are thinking about making the purchase.
