On September 26, 2016, at 6:00 pm, the complainant, a 46 year-old male, was involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown black male while inside 1001 North Delaware Avenue. The suspect then followed the complainant out of the building striking him with a closed fist knocking the complainant unconscious then fled the area in unknown direction. The suspect may have been in the company of an unknown black female who is a person of interest. The complainant was transported to Hahnemann Hospital where he was treated.

Suspect Description: Black male, dark complected, 40-50 years-of-age, wearing a dark colored hat, light colored long sleeve shirt, dark colored shoes, and dark colored pants.
