Hey all! This video is mostly about the "truth" behind the ingredients in the skinny/fit/detox/etc teas. Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean it's automatically healthy, or amazing, or anything. Additionally, these teas do nothing to really help with weight or fat loss. A lot of the "weight" lost is water weight or poop weight, because they make you urinate and defecate more.
