Trick to seal a 5 gallon large mylar bag with a small food vac/sealer only. Irons are not needed. You will end up with a sealed vacuumed mylar bag. This will work for all mylar bags. Works for most food items. Fine powdered foods like cocoa, baking powder etc should be placed in a zip lock bag first if possible to avoid the powder being sucked into the sealer.
