Valencia is the third largest city in Spain, The video clip is the very futuristic City of Arts and Sciences designed by world-renowned architect Santiago Calatrava. It contains an opera house/performing arts centre with 4 divisions including an open-air theatre. The long building with the arches is the science centre. The building looking like a blinking eye is the Imax cinema and planetarium. On the far side is an aquarium in the oceanographic park. There are other structures such as a long covered walkway, tunnels, lagoons and pavilions with restaurants. All this was constructed on the dry river bed when the river was diverted. We were literally blown away when we saw all of this. Why can't we build something like this near the lake in Toronto?
