Today we’re working on a Laars Boiler with an Error code # 44 and it’s stating that is an Air Problem and that specific code is pointing to a bad or faulty air pressure switch also known as a transducer and the Part number on that is # FT1015 and also their maybe an issue with your exhaust & fresh air piping being to close to each which is cross contaminating and or the boiler needs a deep cleaning. Basically MAINTENANCE. Guys I can’t help to stress enough about cleaning, maintaining your boiler especially MAINTENANCE because if you service your tankless combi boiler you will have less problems and down time and at the end save yourself MONEY 💰 THATS RIGHT MONEY AND THE headaches that comes with it and the headache your wife & kids going to give you when they tell you they are cold and have no HOT water 🚿..
