In latest version(V3.xx or V4.0.1) of OpenCV you might get tons of errors while compiling it with mingw and CMake on windows10, By solving individual error does not helps and time wasting, So in this video practical work around shown for full 100% successful compilation on Windows10 OS.
Please note that you need to install mingw and CMake by your self before doing anything.
