On Monday morning roun 9:30am A flatbed semi hauling a roll of sheet metal rolled over on the off ramp of the SB710 fwy at Atlantic. The semi truck was on the side and a roll fell off the truck and caused major damage to the street cracking it and making holes. CHP east LA is handling the investigation. Caltrans is responding due to the heavy damage to the street and offramp.
