Baltimore City is proceeding with plans to reopen schools for in-person learning this week. Baltimore City Public Schools CEO Sonja Santelises on Monday told 11 News that the district has ramped up its COVID-19 testing program. There are two important days to remember: High school students will be tested for COVID-19 on Wednesday. Then, all city students with negative test results will return to the classroom Thursday.
