Measurements for the filling and frosting:
For the filling:
1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
For the icing
4 ounces cream cheese softened (optional)
4 tablespoons butter softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
enough milk to thin; 2 to 4 tablespoons
