Reach the end of the jumping puzzle along the cliffs of Jaya Bluffs.
Map: Jaya Bluffs, Seitung Province

The jumping puzzle starts by Groundskeeper Tora, west of the Shrine of Reverence POI in Jaya Bluffs.
You will need to pick up the torch and light 5 braziers. You can glide but mounting will put out the torch.
