MCA Stage celebrates the 40th anniversary of Trisha Brown Dance Company with a program that combines her landmark works of postmodern dance with her newest effort, set to an 18th-century baroque opera by composer Jean-Philippe Rameau. The elegant intricacy of Brown's choreography and a stage design based on her drawings brilliantly convey the enduring tale of Pygmalion, a sculptor smitten with his creation.
