Hello Sexychefs
Today we are going to make #ubeChiffonRoll this is a Red Ribbon inspired cake and im sure you will love this.. well dont be confuse cause im making 2 cakes here because you know at work we are about 21 crew so 1 cake will not be enough for us.
so sexychefs lets go started. anyway the recipe is included in the video watch it and dont miss out.
recipe for 1
1 1/4 c cake flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 c sugar]
1/2 t salt
4 eggyolks
1/4 c veg. oil
1/3 c whole milk
1/4 c ube halaya ( check my substition using sweet potato )
1/2 t purple food color powder
2 t ube or purple yum extract
meringue
4 eggwhites
1/2 t cream of tartar
1/4 c sugar white
frosting
250grms creamcheese
1/2 c white sugar
2 c heavy whippin cream
use 10.5 inches by 15 inches jelly roll pan
