Spice Level - Medium 🌶🌶. Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Serves :2 Cooking Time: 30 Mins
Ingredients
1. Chicken - 500 g [I used Chicken Thighs]
2. Chilli Powder (Mild) - 1tsp
3. Garam Masla - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
5. Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
6. Yogurt(Curd) - 1 tbs
7. Pepper - 1/4 tsp
8. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
9. Salt
10. Onion -1
11. Tomato -1
12. Cooking Oil - 1.5 tbs
13. Coriander Leaves
Preparation:
1. Marinate the chicken with Chilli Powder, Ginger garlic Paste, Garam Masala, Yogurt,Lemon Juice and Salt.Keep it aside for 15 Minutes.
2. Fry the chicken pieces on medium heat on both the sides .This may take around 12-15 Minutes.
3. Then add Onion and Tomato and cook for 10 more minutes on medium heat.
4. Season with Pepper & Garam Masala
5.Garnish With some coriander leaves.
** When you make chicken in more quantity, fry in batches and put together all the fried chicken to the pan and add in onion and tomatoes at the end .
