Everything is better with crispy shallots! A popular topping with Vietnamese and Thai food, these fried shallots are like onion chips which are slightly salty, sweet, crunchy and absolutely delicious. I have tested out so many different ways of making it and finally came up with this no fail method!
Ingredients
500 grams sliced shallots
3 cups vegetable oil or any other neutral oil
2 tbsp Corn starch
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
