Homer Ridley III, a former Centerville meter reader, was indicted Tuesday in a 1994 Warner Robins slaying. He was also previously indicted in a 1992 killing in Hawkinsville but never prosecuted. But that may change. He pleaded not guilty before the case was dead docketed. He is currently serving life in prison for a 1988 rape in Warner Robins. By Becky Purser/The Telegraph.
