Welcome to Part 1 of Road Trip Middle East where I explore the desert of Dubai, eat the most delicious Emirati food and take you behind the scenes filming for a luxury hotel that feels like it's out of an Arabian dream. The meal you see at the end down by the water was at a restaurant called Al Fanar and it was honestly one of the best meals of the whole trip.
