To celebrate 50 years of Ninewells Hospital, longstanding members of the Ninewells team share stories about their time over the years, changes they've seen and some of their favourite memories from the roles they've held.

Today we are in conversation with Alison Wright, Alison Findlay and Hayley McDonald who all work in the neonatal unit at Ninewells.

The two Alisons have worked together since the late 1980s and Hayley has been in the unit since 2009.
