Video ini menceritakan kronologi bagaimana jatuhnya hak kepemilikan Sipadan-Ligitan ke tangan Malaysia. Sebelumnya, Indonesia dan Malaysia sama-sama mengklaim kepemilikan atas dua pulau ini. Terlebih saat mengetahui ternyata kedua pulau mengandung potensi Sumber Daya dan Potensi Pariwisata yang menjanjikan. Hanya karena kurang dokumen yang satu ini, Indonesia terpaksa harus gigit jari.
