🌱 This is how we grow our Wasabi Arugula baby greens & Microgreens!

✅️ You'll need a single 2-inch deep tray, then fill the tray with 14 cups of a premium soil. We used @FoxFarmFertilizerCo 'Happy Frog' Potting soil.
👏 Once the soil is in your tray, level it out across the tray, then use a single finger to create 3 evenly spaced out lines in the soil that are about 1/2inch deep each.
▶️ Next, grab your seeds. We like to use the Wasabi Arugula seeds from @johnnys_seeds , which you'll only need 1 pinch of seeds per row for baby greens. Sow your rows, then cover the seeds with soil.
🥳 After covering the seeds, water thoroughly (being careful not to over water), then cover the tray with either a 1inch deep tray or humidity dome to trap in moisture, place on shelf to germinate. Water twice a day via gently top watering- morning & evening depending on how the soil looks - you'll do this for the entirety of the grow.
🤯 By roughly day 3 you should see them starting to sprout through the soil and by the 2nd watering of the day most will be showing.
🔥 Once 80% to 90% are showing, remove the lid and place directly into light. You want to use lights that are stronger. We recommend 3 - T8 40watt lights of choice. Don't forget to keep watering twice a day!!
🤓 By day 11 you should start seeing true leaves. Around day 21 the tray should start looking fuller.
✅️ By day 25 you can either choose to harvest your baby greens or let them grow for another couple days 😉
🌱 Tips- the most important things are not over watering / under watering, choosing premium seeds and premium soil. You can use soil additives / nutrients if you choose to, however I did not for this grow. Lastly, our grow space was roughly 75F to 80F with a humidity of 50% or lower for this grow.
🌱 For Microgreens- seed tray with roughly 10 to 15 grams and harvest between days 17 to 21.
