Learn how to Stick Weld vertically using the Zigzag or Wave bead welding technique! E 7018, 3/32 welding rod.
When welding using the vertical-up movement or also known as the 3F technique, you begin by welding from the bottom and slowly move upwards. 3F means Vertical up-weld progression. As you can tell here I'm weaving back and forth count in a zigzag.
