Steadfast in Tribulations
All of us are called to welcome Christ in our lives by uniting with Him in all our suffering, difficulties, and struggles. In Jesus, we can find security and affirmation of joy, strength and healing. St Catherine of Siena, whose feast day the church commemorates today, faced many challenges and tribulations but she persevered and continued in unity with the church to pray and support Pope Urban VI to fight against the Schism.

We reflect: Do we welcome and thank God for every trial and tribulation in our lives?
