Shot Blast Media and Karro partnered up to create an internal communications video to highlight the heart and soul of their business...the people who work in it.
Pride in people is an internal programme built around staff, making sure they feel welcomed & valued within the workplace.
In terms of the video product, Shot Blast developed the production into sections so it could be released in intervals over the course of a month.
Karro are planning on playing these videos on a loop system within the company and in canteen areas to help raise awareness around their pride in people programme for employees.
Shot Blast Media created this video in 4 languages to be distributed across the business as part of a wider video campaign.
