Ingredients:
Red capsicum/Bell pepper - 1 No.
Onion(medium size) - 1 No.
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 3 clove
Cumin seed - 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chilli - 3 No.s
Dry red chilli - 2 No.s
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Water - 1/4 cup
For Tempering :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 1 No.
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Asafoetida / Hing - A pinch
