I often talk about investing as a powerful way to build wealth. Usually, I focus on topics like the stock market, property, and business. I'll admit, like anything that is new or unknown, this topic felt slightly intimidating, simply because I didn't fully understand it. When you leave your money sitting in cash, it loses purchasing power year after year. By swapping cash for assets like precious metals that grow in value over time, you’re not only preserving your wealth but you're also beating inflation.

One of the biggest barriers to investing for women is a combination of risk aversion and lack of knowledge. Research shows that women are 45% more likely than men to hesitate when it comes to starting or expanding their investment portfolios due to a lack of knowledge.
