Ingredients: (Mofongo)
* 2 large plantains (or 3 medium ones)
* 1 garlic clove for each plantain
* salt to taste
* 1/4 cup (more or less) extra virgin olive oil (you can also use a bit of the broth from the shrimp stew)
* 1/4 cup chopped bacon, cooked
Ingredients: (Camarones ‘a la criolla’
* 1 lb frozen shrimp
*1 tsp sofrito
* 1.5 tap tomato sauce
* Season salt to taste
* lemon juice to taste
* 1 - 2 tsp real butter
* 1/4 packet Sazón
