Beautiful Teak & Holly Floor installed in cabin
New Heat exchangers port and starboard
New Raw water pumps port and starboard (new design mounted outboard of flywheel for better longevity)
New Exhaust manifolds port and starboard
New Exhaust elbows port and starboard
New Exhaust hoses and new fiberglass elbows port and starboard
New Thermostats port and starboard
New PYI dripless shaft seals Installed
New Cutlass bearings Installed
Struts checked for alignment
Props balanced by Wilmington Propeller
Bonding system inspected and cleaned
New bottom paint and epoxy barrier coat
Rudder seals re-packed
New Holding Tank Y valve
New fuel pumps / filters (new model) and fuel lines
New oil coolers (port and starboard) Starboard oil cooler mounting point moved inboard on the stringer for easier access
Full tune up including new spark plugs, air filter / spark arrestor cleaned
Fuel injection system including injectors tested. Two injectors replaced
Sea strainers cleaned and detailed
Alternators cleaned and tested
Maxwell 500 windlass pressure arm replaced and windlass lubricated
Wax and polish every six months
Weekly washdown including engine bilge and lazarette bilge wipe down and dry
All 10 year maintenance items complete
Cockpit bait tank removed but boat still plumbed and wired for a bait tank
Two pair of 6 volt deep cycle gel cell house batteries for combined 360aH capacity
Custom bow rail and 8 rod holders installed by prior owner at a cost of $10,000
