In this video, the main board is the problem. Use a multimeter to test the board and be sure to take precaution when testing the board while live (plugged in). Replace the board and your washer should be good. If you're handier, I would suggest you try replacing the relay on the board. I have some videos on cutting and soldering similar boards. You'll need some speciality tools to do this so keep that in mind! A surge protector will help.
The model number of this washer is WA52M7750AV/A4
The part is currently NLA (no longer available), but there is a reputable company that sells the remanufactured board for this model.
