When doing Kettlebell Sport Long Cycle, every time you drop the bells from the Rack you should think about how to Clean it back 😅
... multiple times.. 50, 80, 100, 150 times in a row.
We need to be very efficient.
FIRST, disconnect kettlebells and shoulders (maintain elbows on the pelvis)
Then Bump slightly your elbows to throw kettlebells forward and chest level, for a comfortable re-grip and wide swing.
